I was impressed with the efficient and courteous service which was completed an hour earlier than promised. It has changed my negative opinion of Sierra formed when I came for service years ago for my Honda Civic. I had purchased that from you in 2001. During the subsequent years of service on that car. I had one very negative experience that left a lasting but unfavorable opinion of Sierra Now, that has been totally revised. Thank you.

Adam was super helpful through all 4 of my services. I had an issue with my tire pressure light coming on the day after my car was serviced. Without question or hesitation made sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I can’t appreciate this level of customer service more. Thank you!

First of all, it is terrible that you do not give any warranty with your tires when they are purchased during service. All the places I have gone to give a warranty. I understand no warranty if you buy a new car but at a purchase of new tires, there should be something. I will not buy a new tire anymore. It was my first and last for tires. Honda produces great products but behind great products must be a commitment to great customer satisfaction. My family has bought tons of Hondas from yp u, as many do in CA but your service and attention to help customers gas been getting worse and worse. Years ago, a free car wash was guven after each service but it is no longer done. There are many cars competing for your business so you need to think about that. My other complaint was that I had a flat so I went in to get it replaced. When I was about to leave, I found my spare still in my trunk, not back where it goes. Those little details bring embarrassment, which is what I felt for ur company. The devil is in the details. Have a good night.
