I really didn’t enjoy the associate who helped me with my visit today. Seemed a little rude. Wasn’t really giving the same experience that I’ve received there before. Everyone else was personable sparked a conversation, or simply was just happy to help. I wasn’t fond when I asked if there was any promotions or specials to bring down the price in what I was getting done today. He simply said no. That’s the price for the services. I truly understand that that’s the price for the services but the other associates who have helped me out before made the effort and the attempt to see if there was something that they can do about it. And if they simply couldn’t they would apologize but at least they made the effort. Towards the end of the transaction when it was time to pay, I was advised that I couldn’t use the payment method that I had because it wasn’t under my name and he needed verification from the person who the card belong to, which was my mom. After 10-15 minutes of trying to get a hold of her to get the verification that I could use the card he proceeded to finalize the transaction which was fine because that’s they method i wanted to use. But he didn’t tell me finalized until I asked him to use my card when my partner had transferred some money into my account. I was upset because he didn’t say “hey I finalized the transaction and used the card you gave me. Just know that next time we won’t be able to use it unless it’s under your name.” But no he did not say that it was just awkward glares between us both like what just happened. Then when he handed me my keys he didn’t really tell me where my car was. He just pressed the panic button and then let me be on my way to find my car. I don’t complain at all. Never have but I wasn’t too pleased with the service I was given. Everyone else that has helped me was nicer.
It was a pleasure to be assisted by Tina who was so friendly and knowledgeable.
