Billy was very attentive and very nice. Someone else appeared to be helping me initially but he wasn't and Billy took over. I was initially upset and perhaps slightly rude to Billy at first because of the first person I talked to but Billy was able to diffuse the situation and was overall very attentive to my needs. In the future I will be requesting his help once I get to the service center since I felt he did such a good job today.
