I had an appointment For my car Maintenance Service. I waited 2 hours for my car to be done. It was ridiculous because I was waiting for more than an hour and Billy tam did not update me on my car status until I had to walk into the office and ask for my car status. I made an appointment so I wouldn’t wait as much.
