I did receive great service from Vince. The only thing I was not happy with was the fact that you drove my vehicle for 80 miles and used my gas. I know you have to drive it but due to the issue with the transmission,I should have been reimbursed for my gas.
I have worked with Kevin many times before so I had worries or concerns.

Kevin is such an amazing person! I’m so thankful to Sierra Honda for their services no other Honda will ever complete with you guys. Kevin went above and beyond and answered all my questions took his time to help me and was there to make sure my car and my self were well taken care of. Kevin is such an amazing person he was the light at the end of the tunnel when I though there was no hope for my car he proved Sierra Honda will always have my back after two days my car is up and running all thanks to him thank you for having him in Honda’s team!

I never feel “hard sold” when I’m working with Kevin—I know that if he thinks something should be done sooner rather than later, there’s good reason. And when the cost is giving me anxiety, he goes thru the list, item by item to prioritize so I feel that he has my best interests in mind.
