My car can’t start the engine, towing to the dealer on Saturday, they checked it on Monday for me, and told me the car start normal,can’t find the problem. Which it’s not happy, I purchased the car only 9months!! I understand sometimes will happened, but at least can tell me the reason. And they shut off my auto remote system when they check my car, didn’t reset back for me. When I back home I found out they took off the alarm harness from my car, i called, he said not belong to your car, which it’s. I went next day, ask they to put it back, said need to schedule. Then talked to another lady, said your car didn’t purchase any alarm system program, before I got the car, they should took off. Will never ever go Monrovia dealerships again! Horrible experience! It’s very stressful when the car is not starting. I brought brand new car to replace the old car cause I don’t want this problem come out. But less than a year, problem come out.

They didn’t take time out to show us how voice recognition works still broken. Had to go to another dealership disappointing. Too much in a hurry your customer lunge is very dirty. As well as your coffee machine. And restrooms are dirty. You need to clean up this place you have the money to fix this up. Very disappointed in your service dealership.
