I would offer that 70$ for an oil change is high but I understand I am at the dealership. I may be inclined to service elsewhere though.

Usually I deal with Kevin Eng but he was not there the day I set up the appointment, so Adam was who I set up the appointment with and described what was wrong with my car. When I came yesterday Adam was ready for me and wrote down everything. Throughout the day he kept reporting back to me about how things were going. Even though he is a relatively new service manager he has the right personality for customer service. So now I am confident in 2 service managers, Kevin AND Adam.
