So far my car is riding beautifully. It's 9 years and I love my Honda! I hope to have this car at least 10 years! So far so good! Tina is precious. She makes sure everything about the service is understood!

This was tough for me to rate because Kevin was excellent! Actually, from the moment I arrived atvthe dealership every person I met was pleasant and helpful. The service was relatively quick, and I really appreciated that you guys provided a ride back home while my car was being fixed. So why the low score for feedback? The reason I brought ty he vehicle in was for a factory recall. I wasn't sure what yhat woyld entail, or how long the service would take, or of I needed an appointment to bring it in. I called first ty hing in the morning on monday and was transfered from ty he main receptionist to the service department where I reached a prompt to leave my name and number and was ingormed that a representative would be calling me back soon. I waited... and waited.... and waited ... no one ever called. I called back after a couple hours, again reached the receptionist informed the individual that I had been waiting and then was once again transferred to the service department where I got yhe same message, left the same information, and proceeded to wait even longer.i stayed home from work to handle this and spent the entire first day waiting... no one ever called. Tuesday I decided to just take yhe vehicle in. I was imediately taken care of and had excellent help from that point on. Your message system ****. Other than that, your service department was stellar!

Billy was very courteous which I appreciated. But I left feeling like I wasn’t quite sure if the services that were recommended were really urgent or if they were just recommended. It wasn’t Billy’s fault... he seems like a very decent guy... my complaint isn’t about him... it’s about the process... I’d rather speak directly with the mechanic so I can get a better idea of what’s going on with my car and what needs to be taken care of. I miss the days when the mechanic actually showed me what was happening under the hood and explained what he was going to do to fix it. Most important to me is an honest mechanic. Billy assured me that Sierra Honda is honest... I hope that’s true.

My oil change was done so quickly which was great because no one wants to sit around. Everyone was so nice and I love the new coffee machine with all the choices. Great touch!!
