Friendly, helpful, got the job done.
Was told 1.5 to 2 hours and after waiting over 1.5 hours they told me they still needed another 45 minutes to 1 hour. I was quoted a different price then what I was told when I booked my appointment online. The customer service here needs attention. Will avoid this dealer when possible.

Any time I’ve taken any of my cars in for service my car is washed. I had just had my car washed last Thursday but because they checked all the fluids they turned the wipers on the front and back and left water stains. I was disappointed. I don’t live close by. I live in Pomona. I was expecting to get my car back the way I brought it.

He lets me know how long more less at what time my vehicle will be ready, he keeps me updated with work in progress and my options about the work that needs to be done. He calls me as soon my vehicle Is ready. He is courteous and efficient.
