Vince Tran is an excellent and promising individual. He is genuine and very knowledgeable. I choose to drive the extra miles to be assisted by Vince with any car maintenance I may have. He always has time to answer any car inquiries I may have and never ever feel rushed. It is always great to see him when I take my cars there for Maintnance.

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my experience today with Billy. Last week I had called to see approximately how long an oil change would take & I was informed it would be 45m-1hour. When I asked Billy today, he said approximately 2 hours which I was not pleased with at all. I had to arrange for someone to pick me up from Honda. He offered a ride within a 10 mile radius but never explained it would be through Lyft. Due to COVID, I definitely didn’t want to use a Lyft. Then I asked about a coupon & he said they’re weren’t any. So I went to sit down and wait & found a coupon in my email. I went back to him about 5 minutes later & he said I was supposed to present the coupon upon checking in but he would make an exception. That sounds pretty ridiculous to me considering I hadn’t paid yet & only five minutes had passed. The other service representative was more polite and accommodating but I didn’t catch his name. I’ll be taking my Pilot elsewhere for future service.

Adam was great and provided wonderful service. My only comment would be to make the payment method contactless. With the pandemic, I didn’t not want to touch the screen to select a method of payment or sign my signature.
