I am surprised the car bought in 2017 was repaired three times for 1) a nob was broke 2) air conditioning malfunction, and 3) battery was dead

Vince notes down All the issues concerns I have with the car and then makes sure they are checked properly and fixed. This time my car battery was bad and the day of service it's voltage rating test was OK. I left the car for a day and then it was tested in the morning. The test showed the battery was bad and was replaced. Thank you for the great service.

I was told my battery was critical and needed replacement by Adam at Sierra Honda. I was shown the read out but not given a copy. I subsequently had AAA come to my home an hour later and they said the battery is functioning perfectly. I would like an explanation regarding this discrepancy and a copy of the battery read out as promised when I called later this afternoon. I would appreciate follow up and clarification.
