Victor was amazing and I enjoyed my time in the waiting room and was able to get a lot of work done. However, as I continued to drive the car, I kept smelling gas or something burning. I opened the windows of the car thinking that it was just residual smell from the shop. When I got home, I went inside and got ready for the night. When I went out into my garage, the smell was over powering and I thought to check under the hood. Whomever worked on my car forgot to put the oil cap back on! There was oil all along the side of the oil tank and who knows where else. This is very disappointing as you can imagine not to mention dangerous. Not sure if there is anything that can be done but I really hope that this smell goes away in the next few days and that the oil that spewed out of the oil tank does not cause any damage to my engine.

I meant to continue my survey, so here’s part two. I wanna thank Levi Sainz he was the most prompt, professional and courteous that’s what brings customers back. And I appreciate that Germain Honda honored the coupon on my email. There was some questioning about its validity. They did the background check on it. Apparently it was. but the fact that you went out of your way to investigate it further and take care of your customer with most cool! Again, because I think they make customers come back to purchase a vehicle and maintain them at your facility!!! Tony G

A few minutes after leaving the dealership, my low tire pressure light came on. When I got home, my tires’ pressure read 27, 28, 29, and 31 PSI, despite my inspection report stating they were all inflated to 34 PSI. Makes me wonder what else on the report is wrong or falsified, including the recommendation to replace a shaft seal.
