Your text services made error, stating that I had missed my appointment and worrying me that my car had gone missing. When I called I was told that the system is bad and regularly makes errors. Never a good thing to hear or for an employee to have to say.

I initially called to set up service to repair a leaking boot that was discovered at a previous inspection.The person that I spoke with said that they would need to order the part and that it would be 7 - 10 business days before it would come in. No one ever called me back to say that the part came in. About 3 weeks later I stopped in to the service department to see if the part came in, so that I could set up the appointment. Instead of calling the parts department to check (this service guy you’re asking about I just forgot his name) sent ME over to the parts department to check. A very unprofessional move on his part. Since one of his employees ordered the part he should have picked up the phone to find out, not send me over to find out.
