Very impressed with the modern, spacious facility its customer waiting area and its total layout. It speaks of a well coordinated and efficiently run organization and it flowed to the customer service rep, Victor, and to the automobile mechanics as well. Everyone showed expertise and everything went perfectly. This was my first visit after recently moving to the area. I though my previous Honda dealerships in Georgia were really good but all aspects of Germain far exceeded my expectations. Hey, I’m 80 and had many dealership visits. Clearly your very good the best so far.
