Levi is a superb service advisor and made my visit a pleasant experience by keeping my recall visit very efficient including transport home & back plus accomplishing the recall and minor repair well within the allotted time estimate. YOur service Dept is doing an excellent job in providing service equal to our expectation and the reputation and quality of Honda’s vehicles. Levi does that in a very personable, confident and professional manner.

Regarding a ride home after dropping off my vehicle for service. When I booked the service appointment over the phone with Nathan, he said I could get a ride home no problem. When I dropped my vehicle off, the person who helped me said I wouldn’t be able to get a ride home because I live more than 10 miles away from the dealership. Eventually he said he would make an exception this one time. Your dealership should get on the same page regarding rides home rather than making your customer feel guilty about getting a ride after it was promised to them. If I had known getting a ride would be a problem I would have arranged for my own ride ahead of time. Regarding the service performed, when I got into my vehicle after service was performed, there were 3 screws in the cup holder. I didn’t know if these were screws that should have been reinstalled or they were extras just left behind. Either way, it doesn’t inspire confidence in the work that was done to find the screws in the cup holder. Regarding convenience for the customer, the steering wheel had been readjusted by your dealership for both height and telescoping. It seems bad practice for you to make changes to the customer’s steering wheel, seat, or any other kind of adjustments. Regarding promised service not being performed. In February 2023 when I brought my vehicle in for service the receipt said the vehicle was washed but it clearly hadn’t been when I picked it up. I spoke to Nathan about this and he said a mini detailing would be performed to make up for the issue. However no mini detailing was done or even mentioned when I brought the vehicle in for service this time.
