My normal service writer was off the day I brought my car in for warranty work Levi jumped right in and but a rush on my repair job since I live out of town and had to wait. Thank you Levi for your professional customer service

Al is always attentive, answers my questions and keeps me informed of the progress of my service. Clearly explains the post inspection and suggests what should be done With a new car, all was perfect! I’ll see him in 7500 miles. I don’t wait for the car to tell me the oil life is low

I have taken my car in to this location since I bought it from you in 2018 and I had always waited inside for them to be done with the service. It takes about an hour and would get updates from representatives if it would take longer. I had to get up and ask for my car after 2 and a half hours of not hearing anything from anyone.

I was very happy with Nathen the problem I have with the service department is the new service manager. I left Surprise Honda because he was my service advisor. I didn’t think his service was in my best interest.when I heard the dealership changed owner I thought I would try them again. I had no problem with this visit but if I have any problems in the future I know the results would not be in my favor. So I will not be back until this position change.
