- Dashboard/display with odometer, etc. was not put back together correctly and is misaligned. Part of the display is covered by the dashboard. - Requested work to fix power supply was not included in the paperwork. When I asked about it, I was told it was a fuse and it was out of stock. I was given no estimated time to return to have it changed out. I don’t believe this was actually done or included in the work order. - My tripometer was reset for some reason. In the year and a half I’ve owned this car, I’ve opted to not reset the tripometer so I can have an accurate representation of MPG. Both trip A and trip B have been reset. - I was not informed that the car would be run through a car wash, and if I had been, I would have declined because there was a large crack in the windscreen that had nearly doubled in size when I picked up the vehicle yesterday. Yesterday was one of the most disappointing visits to a service department I’ve had. Although I purchased the car from Germain, and it is very close to my home, I’ll drive to another dealership for regular maintenance and service going forward.

Always happy and satisfied with the excellent service and that includes all the employees. They make sure that you are well taken cared of. I like the way Andree help me with discounts so that, I will get my money’s worth. Thanks for the Carwash once again. It saved my husband’s time, energy especially in this hot weather and of course, money. I don’t live around here., but, Honda makes me feel at home. When I’m in Arizona, I will definitely visit Germaine Honda again. Thank you once again??????????????
