I was emailed a coupon for a complimentary multi-point inspection in which Andree didn't seem to know about (he spent a few minutes discussing it with another clerk). He came to me while my car was being inspected to inform me that the coupon that I received was for a free multi-point inspection only when I have service done on the vehicle, he said that it said it in small print. He did honor the inspection at no charge. I went home and re-read the coupon and nowhere on there did it indicate with service only. I can email you the coupon if you'd like. The coupon read: "Home of the complimentary services where no appointment is needed." Then below that it read: "Schedule your complimentary services today!" and then there was a "service special" "10% off any recommended services." Next, Louis came and spoke with me about items that needed to be done on my car. He gave the paperwork to Andree so that he could print me out a quote. I waited about 20-30 minutes without Andree getting back to me so I went and talked to Louis because Andree was nowhere to be found. Louis found the paperwork on Andree's desk that he had handed him but there were no quotes on there. Next, I noticed when I got home that there were 2 emails updating me on the status of my car. I only receive emails on my computer at home not on my phone, it would have been helpful if I got the updates via texts rather than email.

Victor was absolutely amazing. He advocated for me and quickly made me feel like I made the right choice coming to Germain Honda. I cannot express how deeply satisfied I am with his Service. He quickly and confidently answered all of my questions and was always available. By far the best experience I have EVER received at any service center. Thank you again for everything. Germain Honda has my business for life.
