The reason I continue to come back is because of Nathan. He has always been helpful and gets my car back to me quickly. I've seen him have to deal with some tough customers and he keeps a level head and treats them with respect. You can't make everyone happy but Nathan gets close! I appreciate his patience with me as well.

Nathan **** was super professional, very kind, and courteous. Really nice guy. Thank you for your great and speedy service on changing my wheels and balancing. All of you at Germain Honda make an extra effort to be professional and so friendly. Thank you. I only wish I could have made an even trade on the four wheels (4 new black Honda wheels for 4 new aluminum Honda wheels) and then paid for switching wheels and balancing, but couldn’t seem to negotiate that. In that I purchased the new car from you on July 4th, 2023 and just didn’t care for the black wheels that an even trade could have been negotiated.
