Not much worse than running out of battery power when the weather was as hot as Friday! I called Victor who is THE BEST and asked him what it meant when my engine would grind when I tried to start it, and he immediately said it was the battery and to come on in on a Friday at 3:30! This is why I love Germain Honda! Not only are they so close to Surprise but Victor takes care of his and the Dealership's customers!

The prices are out of control. $150 dollars for an oil change is taking advantage of people. We will never be back in the dealership to get our Honda serviced there again. I hope you guys are proud of the prices you charge.

Levie apologize for over seeing the service for the belt needed and also stated that the engine oil was administered but the service people didn’t reset the sensor which showed the oil was at 15 percent. I felt pleased all was taken care of. He said it was an honest mistake.

Andree was so kind and helpful! He went above and beyond in helping me repair my car at a decent price. He arranged for a Lyft driver to take me to and from the dealership while my car was being worked on. While I didn’t have an appointment set, they fixed my car and replaced tires so quickly. Thank you, Andree and Surprise Honda for another great experience!

Thank you for the opportunity to tell you that Alfredo took great care of me and our van. He had all the paperwork ready when I arrive for the appointment. He reviewed with me what we had discussed over the phone and asked if there was anything additional I wanted to discuss. He gave me an estimated time for when the service would be completed, and it was ready for me before the promised time. The van was washed and pulled up to the service area when I arrived. He reviewed the final paperwork with me, made sure I didn’t have any questions, handed me the keys, and I was on my way.. Alfredo was welcoming, courteous, professional and true to his word. We have our van serviced at Germain Honda because they take great care of us, as well as our automobiles. A shout out to Dave **** for running such a great service department!
