My daughter was very shaken up after her oil change visit. The customer service at Germain Honda of surprise needs work. Getting told straight to her face that her car either needs $4k in repairs or that she needs to get a new car were very harsh word choices and also being told to “talk to your parents about this because your car is unsafe to drive.” Victor could have chosen different word choices to use with a teenager discussing their vehicle. We have been to different places in the past to get oil changed and have never had a list quite this extensive as this one.

Hi - Alfredo was excellent. This was my first visit to this dealership as I am new to the area and I have 2 Hondas and an Acura. I prefer to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership, so I considered this visit an “audition” for potential future visits. I feel the work was done well at a fair price and I didn’t feel that there was any pressure from Alfredo. He was professional, courteous and helpful. I would like to work with Alfredo for my future service needs. Thanks - Joe H
