Once again the work was NOT completed correctly, just like my last visit. Tires rotated, air added (supposedly) but I get on the freeway and the tire pressure message appeared. Obviously the car was NOT test driven as the paperwork stated, if it was they would have seen the message. Why don't the tech's have a check list? Last visit they did NOT fasten the undercarriage after an oil change. I don't have the time to keep returning to this dealership to have the work corrected. I'm 60+ years old and this is the worst dealership service department I've ever experienced. Nate was not my advisor this time as he was off.

Very cordial but think you should explain the total cost of service not just the main ones when you start job. Bill was aver 150.00 more in the end. 2 suprrises. I’m not well off and have to budget for everything. On social security and 78. Thanks for the courtesy with a smile.

Great Service. Andre’ took the time to explain what I needed and ordered the part. He made the appointment when the part came in. I was able to bring the car in, wait minimal amount of time for repair and leave with a clean car. Andre made sure everything went smooth.
