This is probably the best service center in Arizona. I have been to 5 different Honda Service center and surprise honda exceeds them all. Everything is always done professional and on time. They do not charge you for stupid things you do not need. They keep you update you on the progress of your vehicle while you are waiting. Just to let you know how much I love the service here I drive over an hour to have my vehicle seviced! Great job!!!

Service was fast and efficient. I was made to wait close to 5 min standing at the service desk after being acknowledged. Not the end of the world. Just not used to that. Taking care of the customer in front of you and then getting back to inputting work orders would have been a better choice in my opinion. Otherwise the entire process was good.

As much as the service cost to have done we were disappointed the van wasn't washed and cleaned before pick up. This is something we were told would be done by our sales guy when we bought the van if we chose to bring it into the dealer for services. I work for a fleet of 100k plus trucks and our customers always get a clean truck back every time regardless of what services we perform.

I have worked with him before and he is very good about informing me about what service your dealership has provided to my vehicle and what I may need to have serviced in the future. He is very nice and doesn’t make me feel anything but good about bringing my vehicle your way

I am sure you have others at the dealership that do a good job, but always working with Levi is the primary reason I keep coming back. Easy to talk to about issues, great customer service and more. You don’t get much better than him in dealerships these days.
