Service was fast, but that is the only good part of this service. Price quoted was not the same as the final cost. After I questioned the difference, I was given the explanations of: every garage charges this, if it means that much you I will take it off. How condescending are these comments. The last comment made by the person checking me out, was as I was walking away and had my back to the person was; have a nice day sir. I turned around said thank and for him to also have a nice day. You now think the rudeness has ended, but it has not. The parking sensors on my vehicle did not work when I arrived home. I tried to call the main Honda customer service, but office was closed for the weekend. I then called road side assistance for help and they connected me to Surprise Honda. I was then transferred to the service department and got sent to voicemail. I called Surprise Honda back to talk to someone and was connected with a person in service. Explained my issue and he said they do not disconnect anything in service and could I come back to have them check the issue. My answers was no, but offered a suggestion that they send someone out to me to fix it. I know I was being ridiculous. I then asked for the service manager to help me. He came to the phone and helped me turn on the parking sensor button that had been turned off by the service tech. Can you tell that this was not a good or nice experience. Richard F

Poor communication. Previously, I would get updates during the process without having to contact. I do give him credit for arranging alternate transportation, but sooner notice would have allowed me to get things arranged sooner.
