As an overall note, I had made an attempt at taking my vehicle to a more local dealership for service, I reside in Avondale now, but the level of service was poor beyond comprehension that I couldn’t imagine myself going back to that place. I don’t care if it’s a bit distant, I will always take my vehicle to Germaine Honda of Surprise.

Needs to be kinder to co-workers in front of customers and needs training on new systems to avoid frustration. Also, even if busy and no other advisors are around he at least should acknowledge the customers when they come in, multi task.
