Nathan was great! While I saw many employees hanging around chatting while customers were forming a line inside the service area to drop off their vehicles, Nathan worked quickly to help everybody. He was cheerful, respectful and seemed to know what he was doing.

Satisfied with Mikes service but I didn’t ask for tires to be rotated, tires are rotated by where I bought them. Mike has always helped us choose what was important at each service.

Stephen B. was very professional and kind. A true gentleman as well. Even though the whole dealership was dealing with internet issues/downed servers, he made it a seamless experience. He was also very nice to my toddler son. The other service advisor (unsure of name) that is on the East side of Stephen was also incredibly welcoming, friendly, and he helped get us checked in as well. Looking forward to our services here in the future.

Everything was great except for the tire pressure light coming on twice after having the tire repaired since there was a nail in it.

Alfredo is very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate that he can give me an explanation of how something works and why it needs to be serviced without talking down to me as a person, and especially as a woman. Another thing I appreciated was his no pressure attitude. I was allowed to make a decision on repairs on my own. Also I was not pressured, nor was it even mentioned by Alfredo, that I fill out a survey and to give him high marks. I worked with someone before who did this and it was very irritating. I don’t normally fill out surveys. I tend to think managers should be around to see for themselves how their staff interact with customers. However, today was a completely pleasant experience, despite the money I spent. :) Alfredo is very good at his job. Thank you!!
