Thank you for all your positive help and keeping me informed of the progress on the repair diagnose of my vehicle and for all the wonderful amenities in your customer waiting room - Unfortunately if I could have talked to the technician first before anything else happened I could have been in and out of the dealership in 5 minutes and not taken up valuable Rack time and space. It was a very, very simple fix ( just pushing one button. Well it was taken care of and that is what counts. Thank you Michael T.
