Stephen was great. He always takes care of me and my car, but I don’t appreciate being called a liar by Andre. I had to wait an hour after my service appointment just to get my car seen because apparently Andre couldn’t help me. It’s inappropriate to treat a customer like that.

The absolute best customer service from the initial call. To the service administration and sales (they entertained us) to the tech who did the recall. I loved the cleanliness and hospitality. I will always get my service completed there!! It was relaxing and I got my vehicle back clean and sooner than expected. Thankyou. Your team work today s amazing.

I made an appointment on Saturday for a Monday oil change. The car was ready on time that Nathan stated at the price quoted and washed and ready to go. No delays or surprises which made me very satisfied with my visit.

I have a 2008 Honda Element that I am driving across the US. I visited Germain Honda for routine service, after I called to make an appointment over the phone. This is my first time in Arizona and my first time speaking with Levi Sainz over the phone. Levi was very professional and very nice over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Levi and he reviewed my service request and informed me of the approximate wait time. Levi was the ultimate professional, communicated well with others, and as a bonus I learned that he’s a former Marine. Service was fast and the waiting area was very clean.

The only issue I had was that I never received a call from Alfredo Bustamante to confirm the repairs that were needed, nor ever informed what the cost was going to be prior to services being done. Also, if it wasn't me asking questions, I would have never been informed of the warranty on the overpriced alternator.I don't think I will return to have other services completed.
