I would like to say he is the best service representative at Germain Honda, but I listened to the other service representatives talk to customers while waiting for my car. Im not the one to bash or leave negative comments/reviews that will affect the company’s image but what happened with my personal experience at Germain Honda will be told so the public can be aware of the negativity and how they take advantage of “unaware” clients. My service representative Andree Kaz likes to talk crap about his clients behind their backs, luckily I was close enough to catch in their conversation and when he and his buddy realized I was behind them he got all scared. I kept my cool and played it off like I didn’t hear him but I should’ve canceled my service right there and then. It makes me really mad that I didn’t call him out right there and then, but it just goes to show of the professionalism they carry. Not a good look on them, also what if I was a car purchaser or a high end businessman? I’m more then sure I would’ve got treated way differently but since I was in my summer clothes which consisted of T-shirt, shorts and slides and “green” demeanor, I got treated in the manner I did. I went to get my car maintenance done since the tachometer was displaying that “maintenance required” for newer models like mine but all that means is to get a oil change. I could’ve probably did it myself to be honest but they never mentioned that so I can obviously do business with them and get charged excessively for it. I mentioned to him there was leaking on the bottom of the car and I knew it was from the condenser. He insisted we should run a diagnostic to see where the problem was and I was clumsy enough to fall for it. I got a diagnostic for A/C & condenser, and upon “checking” supposedly they didn’t know where my car was dripping from but I clearly told them that it was from there. I don’t much about cars but I knew about that issue specifically. After that pointless and expensive “diagnostic” he tried to charge me $500 for a dye “since they couldn’t tell” where it was coming from. They got all that equipment and lifts to check it out cars and not only that but also my personal comment, since I had checked it prior to then and had even let them know in advance. Honda had a recall for the condenser failures but since my car is R/S title I guess my warranty was void, the original owner crashed the car at 1000 miles and my car currently only has 29k miles. This was a ridiculous experience and am really upset that I spent $230 of my hard earned money and for a service that was even done properly and HONESTLY. Just another typical dealership scam acts to get money out their clients. Will be leaving my personal experience with Germain Honda on all their platforms to let people be aware of what really goes on at the dealership. If you need your car taken care of, and if it doesn’t have warranty already… please go to your personal mechanic that is most likely more HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY then the dealerships like Germain Honda.
