Germain Honda couldn't fix my wheel alignment but charged me anyways, I never had an issue before with wheel alignment service (past 4 years when it was Surprise Honda, even with custom lowered coilovers), either they lost the expertise or the tech that worked on my car has never worked on coilovers (and didnt bother asking a more knowledgeable tech for help or was not allowed to...Service Advisor should have told me right away they couldn't work on it and not charge me.

Alfredo did a good job. No problems with his service. Only issue is the the appointment confirmation email had someone else's name on it. After a little wait for the named person to become available I found out that my appointment was really assigned tp Alfredo. Scheduling could have been better.
