I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had to return to the dealership later in the day because I discovered they didn’t rotate the tires! This was confirmed on video. For my inconvenience, I did receive from Al a coupon for a free oil change in the future, which I appreciated. I know Al felt a bit embarrassed about the situation, but I don’t fault him. The technician obviously made a mistake.

One hour maintenance. In and out in a breeze. Made sure we were called as soon as car maintenance was completed. Whole Service Department is outstanding as is the service manager, Dave.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had and in particular at a Honda dealership. I was greeted immediately and Nathan handled everything smoothly. This immediately overcame any concerns I had with coming to a new dealership. I also found the other support people friendly. The coffee machine was broken so one of the assistants took me to the employee break room to get a cup of coffee. The lot attendants were also friendly and courteous. Excellent service.
