I was really pleased that I got to talk to David **** about my choice to continue using Germain Surprise instead of switching back to Arrowhead Honda which is closer to where I live now. And I was really pleased that David had Steve B. Work me in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a transmission service this afternoon even though I did not have an appointment. I also really appreciated Steve having the guys clean all the crumbs out of my car so that it no longer looks like “the trash mobile”. My former husband accused me of having when we were still married so 20 something years ago. Nice “spit and polish” for the dashboard and interior. Thanks!

Honestly there were three service men at their desks. No one acknowledged my existence. A young man tried to get help for me. Each one said they were to busy. Finally one gave in and helped me. Not very impressed with the service department. A simple “Hello, how can I help you” goes a long way. Just bought two cars from Germain, but will probably go to another dealer in the future for service.
