I believe a courtesy car wash what of been nice. I only take my vehicle to Chino hills Ford. Maybe you can wash my car after my next service. I could be wrong, but I thought it came with the service. I service my Honda at Diamond Honda and they always wash my civic after service

Low tire pressure message came on Sat 8/6 so I went to your Dealership. I was ensured all tires look good just a little low. Sun 8/7 same message in my car, once again had to take my car back to your Dealership, this time a nail was found in the sidewall. How could this have been missed on Sat. This is terrible service and I feel your tire prices are way too high. Very unsatisfactory

I feel like you took advantage of a female customer. I have always had my car worked on in your establishment; however, I will never come back. I told the technician I did not want my air filters changed out. He asked me several times and each time I said no. They then took my car back. He then came back with an air filter that was dirty and asked me again. I told him no. He continued standing over me while was sitting in the lounge. I continued to say no and he continued to stand there with the air filter. I felt belittled and bullied. I said yes, and $100.00 later my air filters were changed and that was the last time I will visit your establishment. I hope the $100 was worth it.

The service rep I dealt with today was great but the the truck bed cover was nothing like the guy (from the night I bought it) who sold it said it would be. The guy who sold the bed cover, not the one who sold us the truck itself (Hernandez did a good job), said it would be flush with the truck bed and easy to open 3 ways. The truck bed cover is raised 2 inches above the truck bed cover and won't open easily, if at all. There were several other material misrepresentations as well. The cover they installed could have been purchased for $1,500 less than I paid for this thing. I want to give good reviews in the email surveys sent but this bed cover issue is substantial considering the amount of money spent. Further, the USB ports were broken although the service guy was good today and said the parts needed to fix this issue would be ordered although I have to come back yet again for additional items.
