Your techs, service staff, and sales department is top notch, my experience at puente hills was TERRIBLE very future ford I buy will be from this dealership they treat you like they care always a positive experience.

The Ford recall repair process was completely "unfriendly". After 3 days of keeping my car at the dealer, only 2 of the 4 doors were fixed. I will have to repeat the process this coming week. I don't believe Humberto was at wrong here, rather the tedious, time-consuming process that he is forced to follow needs to be re-thought. This week's experience was not typical of the other experiences I have had at the service center... but it was very frustrating and forced me to have to Uber 2 rides unexpectedly.

Humberto was rather short with me when I told him I had 3 free oil changes due to recently buying my Explorer in December 2019. He said no very abruptly and said he can’t do anything without paperwork or something “in writing”. I eventually got upset and asked to speak with someone else. That lady was very nice and said she found my free oils changes on my file. Apparently my email was spelled wrong in your system. Humberto needed to ask me this information or see if the information they had on file was correct. He just jumped to conclusion that I was mistaken.

Truck was “totally broke” when it went in on a hook. Repairs completed and the engine is running like new again. The power was slowly going unnoticed but definitely back now! Great job!
