I dropped off my vehicle at 7am for rear brake replacement, thinking it should be done by lunch, i was dropped off at the dealership at 1pm and Humberto said they hadn't started it yet and made no attempt to contact me to inform me they needed special brake pads. Poor communication.

Jessica has always given me good service. She addressed all of my concerns with the vehicle and has giving me good advice on the service needed. JJ has been our service provider for many years. Starting with my wife’s complete confidence with JJ. We trust him with our automobiles. He we’ve learned how reliable he is. We just assume all of the staff at Chino Hills Ford must be just as professional and personal as JJ is.

I know with the whole COVID-19 thing making all parts of life a little more hectic and muscular more restrictive, I was Pleasantly impressed and satisfied with my service . It was on time, speedy, Covid-19 safe, it didn’t take long, before I new it I was done and back on the road . Joshua Newman was the MVP the day of my service. Outstanding customer service he really know how to represent the Ford a company with professional service

I am totally happy and satisfied with Jessica’s support on not only getting the job done right, but making sure everything is completed up to the expected high standards she and I share. She resolved the issues I had previously (repairs necessary due to damage by the outside glass personnel replacing the rear pillars) and made sure everything was completed and ready when I got there to pick it up. I have never received the level of professional, knowledgeable and friendly care from any other dealer. From the sales crew who sold me my Ford Flex, to the service personnel who have maintained it since I purchased it there new, and especially Jessica, with her cheerful and can-do attitude, and who has resolved any issue that has come up...these are the people and the reasons why I make the 3-1/2 hour one-way drive to get my vehicle serviced regularly and exclusively at Chino Hills Ford. How would I rate Jessica? I would rate Jessica a “15” on a scale from 1 to 10. In addition to everything else, she is very conscientious, has excellent communication and “people” skills, and well represents Chino Hills Ford.

My only wish is that there were more loaner cars available. It would have been much better for me not being trapped at home waiting for the shuttle on multiple days. I’m sure it would have been cheaper than sending someone to drive me so many times.

I was there for safety recall check-up. Your service advisor, Raudel Macias was very unpolite and told me to come back on next Monday morning at 7am for that service, after made me to wait and sat at the lounge for 30 minutes. He said yor service team is very busy and there's no technician available for my car till next Monday. It would be very nice if he let me know that situation before I head over to your dealership. Then I wouldn't have to waste my time all the way over there from Brea by driving and waiting at your lounge. I guess he only cares about other profitable business but not something like "Safety Recall". I was very disappointed.
