Good service. I was a little disappointed due to the fact that Chino Hills Ford no longer honors the owner advantage program for routine services. I've accumulated plenty of rewards dollars over the past year and was looking forward to using them at Chino Hills Ford for my routine maintenance

I have brought my truck in 3 times over the same issue and spent close to $2,500 on different parts and labor and again for the third time I have the same exact problem when I start my truck in the morning. I am buying a new truck within a year and I will not be buying a ford from Chino Hills. I now question your mechanics.

JJ processed my work order quickly, kept me informed when work was completed. I asked for additional services when he called me to let me know my vehicle was readying and he was able to have the additional work performed without any issues. Thank you to theservice department and JJ for the work completed on my vehicle

I wish to thank Adam Swaim for his help and positive professional attitude to put forth steps to correct a situation that I was not happy with. He stepped up and did everything possible to get me and my Mustang back on track. Adam had nothing to do with the problem, but has everything so far to do with the solution. Hopefully this will all work out fine over the next few weeks. Adam will be my "Go To" guy at Chino Hills Ford.

He had my paper with a credit on it in his hand and still charged me reg. price, until I pointed it out to him. They washed my car, told me it was done, and I had to spend 20 minutes there drying it off and rubbing off dirt spots. They either need a new vacum or teach them how to use a vacum. Sorry, but very disappointed.

Overall experience was very good, our only disappointment it the auto service was not completed as promised and no loaner vehicle was offered for the inconvenience.

Johnny was very attentive and made sure that the tech working on my vehicle was available to take a ride with me to listen to the noise I was concerned about. The service manager was also great. Good reason to keep bringing my Explorer back for service.
