He should have looked my account showing a nice credit balance Based on prior service. He merely shrugged his shoulders and said your company doesn't allow it. Not a happy camper

I brought my vehicle in to have two services performed. Only one service was performed. I returned within 15 minutes. The original service writer noticed me and said he would be with me shortly. 20 minutes later another employee noticed I was standingin the heat and asked to help me. The second service was then performed. I am not sure what CHF teaches its personel. Take care of a come back clients or finish currents tasks first and then assist customers with a potential issue.

What can I say....awesome job...exceeded my expectations....asked to have my old parts put in trunk....for some reason the tech did not do it....had to come back the next day to get them....like they say " trust but verify"....keep up the good work

I came in for an oil change and was very satisfied with Aguilar, Virgilio, who handled my paper work, recommendation was made without any pressure towards getting a few things done on my car which I took care of one of the items. The work was done and I didn't have a long wait. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.
