Car came back with just the oil changed. Was a tad disappointed that you as a service rep did not go above and beyond. At least a vacuum or window wash.

Johnny is the main reason I return. Both of my cars are serviced at Chino Hills Ford. He is always going above and beyond. Today was a quick oil change. And it was quick. 20 minutes. Thank you again. 5 stars

The service sheet was not reviewed. He did tell me I needed tires. Also he didn't give me the rebate information. I asked about rebate he said there was one but didn't give me the information after work was completed. I forgot to ask again until I was half way home.
