There was a man in front of me who was upset but the guy Joshua who was helping him was super respectful to both me & him where that he acknowledged me & said he'd be with me that another gentleman was ahead of me & once we resolved whatever his and the mans issue was he helped me. He broke down exactly the service I was getting and also called to inform me when my car was done. It was a very quick and easy transaction & he also noted/ recommended a few services I may need in the upcoming future. Overall a good experience.

I have a service contract and I feel that am in a race to get the rears replaced before my 70000. Last time the tears were .6 and yellow. This time 7000 more miles they measured them. 9 and are green. The service advisor told me they were in the green. He said his computer said it was green. I gave him my last copy that said .6 and yellow. Basically he called me a liar.

I was very impressed that Joshua remembered my name from previous visits, he greeted me with a warm welcome by using my first name. Went in to have my f-250 oil changed job was completed to his estimated time. Joshua provided transportation for me, as soon as the job was completed he called my cell and sent me a text notifying me that my truck was ready for pick up great service.

As I pulled in a rep, aproach me and took my information on the spot,John who allready knew me took charge and as allways gave the best attention and corteous service, very friendly offered me a ride home I said thanks but I will wait, estimated time for repairs was 1:30 about, well he said we'll get on it, 45 min after he said, ok sir, it's all done, needless to say, Great job, great service and a EXELLENT CUSTOMER CARE, SERVICE, a 10 + thank you so much.
