We were not happy about 120 charge for some testing that could not be provided and we refused to pay for it. We only paid 60 but still not pleased with the handling.

My mustang was one quart of oil low on two consecutive visits. The customer service was good but question remains why is a brand new car consistently running low on oil. This my issue not your staff and the way we are treated I would like to talk to someone who is above the dealership level
