It was a pleasure working w/Adam today, he is the apedemy of what customer service should be! Compared to the other employees checking in customers I felt fortunate to have got Adam as they seemed like robots just going through the motions.....thank you again Adam, you rock in your role at Chino Hills Ford! I will only ask for you in my future car service needs. Chino Hills Ford you need more employees like Adam!!!!!!

Fully satisfied on extended pick up time(7:00pm). Email communication on status is timely and accurate, fully satisfied. Check in write up is a different car info when pass to service advisor. Check in process got delay due to write up mismatch. Over all, satisfied with CHH Ford customer services.

Johnny was very helpful. I live in Los Angeles & it's worth my travel for this specific Ford dealer met my expectations to the fullest. Johnny is an excellent asset to the company. I was happy with the great service from Johnny. I was in and out fast and I asked just to leave my car there to pick it up later. I then a call that it was done; they even fixed a recall I didn't know I had and it got washed at no charge. I am thrilled. I'll be back in about 3-4 months for my next oil change.
