I was treated very well however the problem with my car was not repaired. I brought it in to repair the radio. The source of the problem could not be identified. I took it home. The problem reoccurred. I brought it back. Same outcome.

Johnny did an excellent job keeping me posted and with the pick up process. I wasn't too fond ofthe price I paid for the service especially after researching the cost online.

The only complaint was the coffee bar areas have little coffee no Donuts no creamer only 3 cups hello 10 a.m. come on now

JJ was very helpful ...my service was done fast and they offered me to sit down with my ten month old so I wouldn't stand the whole time while they took care of my paper work and they were extremely helpful

I came in for a standard oil/filter change at 4:15pm and didn't leave until 6:00pm. I was told that my 2000 Expedition was on the rake so long because the mechanic didn't turn off my rear air bags(air ride)switch, and the air compressor had to reset itself. I would think that a Certified Ford mechanic would have the knowledge for older SUV. Wasn't happy !
