Service was fast and I was briefed on items needed to be performed on my vehicle; which I appreciated. When I received my vehicle the steering wheel, gear shift and parking brake handle was dirty and grimy. Also, it appears my windshield wipers and spray function was tested, this left my windshield a mess with poor visabilty. I was not satisfied to receive my vehicle in such a condition. This was my first time I have received my vehicle in such a condition.

Spoiler has it been re-installed properly. You guys did the initial install, then reattached a seconded time. Now, the third time, you only attach one side and left other side still loose and not attached properly. I was charged for bringing my Spoiler to be attached by you guys for the third time and it was not done as expected by a n e with cat dealer. I have to bring the car in a fourth time (with all of the inconvenience). I really hope you guys get it right the 4th time. You are my local dealer and I hate having to drive to LA Puente or Cerritos Ford.

Everyone was really nice and you had my car ready within 1 hour. I had checked a different dealer closer to me but they wanted to keep my car for an entire day. Your dealership is a lot nicer and my experience was better overall so it was well worth the drive. Thank you for making it as easy as possible to get my car fixed.
