Adam was extremely nice. Due to the fact that no "work" was actually done on my car today and I have to return with my vehicle because there is not a technician available to do the work to the holiday is not creating completely satisfied customers. I was well aware of the specific problem and advised associate when I made the appointment, and when I arrived at the dealership. I have 2 young children and now I have to be without my car again with the possibility of 1-2 days of work without my vehicle, again. I made specific arrangement to have another a family available to have the car taken care at this appointment, now "if a loaner car is available" I will have to rent a car while my vehicle is repaired. As well when I returned home today, I found a recall repair notice in my mail. Other dealerships have always notified and fixed these without specific request when I have taken my car in and not one person informed me or was aware of this recall today. I have never had an experience where a "diagnostic" test was and no person available to repair. If technicians were unavailable due to the holiday, I would have preferred to wait in terms of my appointment date than having to have multiple appointments a week apart.

Taking car to Las Vegas dealer, Gaudin Ford, known issue with clutch, transmission and shuddering. Just had oil change, as Rep wanted upfront cash, and verified information given. I deal with service manager at Gaudin, as this has gone on for over a year. Was in town for a few days and needed to have it looked at, poor customer service experience.
