Adam is Amazing. Mmt only complaint it my tire lock was not returned to me now I have to purchase a new one UNFAIR and IRRESPONSIBLE. but I'm not saying I's Adam's fault it was the service person's negligence.

No one called me Friday. No one returned my call on Friday. Closed on the weekends; apparently, no one has keys to anything an now I have to call in late to work on Monday to come pick my truck up. And, I don’t even know if it’s actually done. So, I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience.

This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with my truck but I was told they could fix something they can’t see. My truck has left me stranded three times there is something going on with my truck they can’t find anything wrong when I asked to talk to the manager he was no where to be found

I called for a price over the phone and was told for an oil change and fuel filter replacement it would cost $150. When my wife came in she was told it would cost $380. This is unacceptable when I explained to the female over the phone the year make and model of my truck. I took my truck down the street and they charged me $187 for the service. I’ll never come back here again. I’ve purchased a vehicle there and had three vehicles serviced there. Poor customer service.

Would of thought if in for maintenance that you would have topped off all fluids like window washer and radiator was not done not satisfied with service. I don’t know if we will use you any longer Citrus Ford said they will do all of that. Also we picked up the Van and noticed the low tire light was one I would expect you to check that also both Pep boys and Firestone do it all.
