I made an appointment to have a couple recalls taken care of and when I arrived I was told that neither recall could be completed. I was told the freezing door latch is only done on trucks that have already experienced problems or those who live in cold climates. I was also told that the second recall for issues with the break housing or braking system could not be completed because Chino hills Ford did not have the required parts to complete this recall. The time spent scheduling the appointment, waking up earlier than usual, and driving to the service department was all for nothing and I was just given an apology on my way out. Not a good start to my Monday morning.

I came to Chino Hills Ford and not really knowing what to expect but figured it couldn’t be any worse than Hemberg Ford in Norco. Upon pulling onto the lot I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Adam. At the time I didn’t realize, Adam was a Service Manager but it was something about his personality that we just hit it off right away. He was true to his word getting my Wife’s vehicle diagnose swiftly and following through with the phone calls giving me updated information. A job I thought could take up to two days to complete was completed in three hours or less to my surprise. We have made the decision to make Chino Hills Ford the new place to have our vehicle serviced. Thank you, Daryl H
