Still waiting for my car to be repaired. Had to order parts for stuff under Warranty. When I got there with my vehicle JJ wasn't around to take care of Me so one of the other tech helped me.

JJ did a great job listening to my concerns and the repairs I needed. He also let me know I needed a transmission service because I was at 32000 miles. I had the service performed. JJ also did a great job keeping me informed as to the status of my Explorer and when it would be done. Everything seems to have been fixed, get back to me after it rains and I'll let you know how the new wiper blades work.

Josh is very kind and down to earth kind of man. You can see he's not a fake like some others I have run into. Josh and Adam are great! It's nice to see a nice person around the holidays. You don't get that very much.

Josh was excellent at keeping me updated with the progress of the repairs, being done to my car. He seemed sympathetic with the amount of money, everything was going to cost me. Due tomy car being 14 years old, the parts that are needed are obsolete, and Josh gave me some ideas as far as where I could look for the parts. All in all, Josh is doing what he is meant to do in life, not everyone is designed to work with people, that has to sometime deliver bad news to someone that wasn't expecting it emotionally and/or financially.
