In my opinion the repair took to long. 10 days . Our vehicle has been in for repair 2 Twice for the same thing, throttle body. The second time the transmission when out Also . No one was able to tell me why a Transmission would go out in 15000 miles. I have lost all confidence in the vehicle . It has Been totally unreliable so far. Very unsadisfied customer.

The repair to my 2017 Explorer was great. But the service department forgot to do my detail that was on my due bill. I work Monday to Friday and it is very hard for me to take it back my wife is not happy about it and since the Explorer is for her. I will call to my sales person to see what can be done.

Exceptional service from Raduel. Just moved here from the east coast and really impressed with the service department and the quick lane staff. Best experience at a service center !
