When I picked my truck up I noticed that it smelled a little like oil smoke. After looking under the hood I realized that however added oil to the truck was just a little sloppy. That alone is not that big of a deal. Tonight though I had the fuel line on the upper fuel filter come loose while I was driving. This sprayed fuel all over the motor, truck and ground before I was able to stop. Luckily the truck was not hot. I have pictures. The clip on the fuel line was not pressed down. So after a little bit of driving and fuel pressure it came off the fuel filter. I pay you guys a premium because I don’t have time to do this work. I expect premium service for what you charge for an oil and fuel filter change on a diesel. My truck is now covered in diesel. Was a very clean truck. ****! Not sure I will ever get the smell out let alone the potential damage to the paint. I guess I am lucky it did not catch fire.

Michelle is great, no issues on the customer service side. However, my rear view camera is acting up now. It flashes shots of the back and flickers in and out with bright flashes in between

The service writer, the service manager were great and went out of their way to get me in for my engine warning light. My engine warning light had come on approximately 250 miles earlier in Las Vegas. I went to Team Ford and they updated pcm code. After leaving Las Vegas and driving 200 miles the engine warning light came on again. I went to Chino Hills Ford . The same code came up. They replaced the egr valve. I drive approximately 300 miles and the engine warning light came on again. My Ford Truck is back at Team Ford and has been there for two days the service writer said they are going to replace the egr valve again. A bad new valve? The people are great but l am concerned about driving across the desert.

Raudel Macias was very attentive in addressing my concerns about the F3 50 super duty. Any inconvenience to me , he provided a viable solution for me. Raudel kept me in the loop on the status of the repairs being done as well. All of this, was very much appreciated. No check engine light on so far, so I am very satisfied. Thanks ... Vern Toy
