Jessica is very courteous and helpful. She explained the repairs that were needed and the cost. She goes above and beyond to help the customer. I told her I was looking for a stock replacement radio and she mentioned she could give me some names of places I could search.

Adam was great!!! I was a little surprised to get my car back with the seat covered in plastic and paper mat on the floor ( I do appreciate the steps to keep my car clean) just finish by throwing away your stuff. Again... Adam kept me well informed.

I was completely satisfied with George's customer service. What I am not happy about is my 2013 f150 lariat needing front struts and rear shocks at 43,000 miles. This truck is babied, never been off road. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last Ford.

When dropping off my car for service at 8:00 am, I requested a car wash. I didn't pick my car up until just before closing and was a little disappointed the car never got washed. It isn't a big deal, just a little annoying considering this isn't the first time. The service other than that was great, very friendly and trustworthy.
